A rare bottle of 1961 vintage Macallan. Just two sherry hogsheads were deemed good enough for this outstanding bottling – cask 1127 distilled on March 25 and 1581 filled on April 26, both left to mature for over 40 years before just 379 bottles were released at the start of the 20th century.
