This single malt, single cask, Kavalan Solist Sherry Cask is a highly sherried whisky from this Taiwan based distillery. It’s Spanish Oloroso cask maturing has given this single malt a very dark colour, and an exceptionally deep fruit taste, with hints of coffee and spice.
