1. Do I need to sign up as a registered user to place an order?

No, you can choose guest checkout if you do not wish to register.

2. How do I place my order?

1.Select your products and add them to the shopping cart.
2.Proceed to checkout.
3.Enter your shipping information and billing address
4.We accept all the following payment options:

  • Cash upon self-collection
  • Cash on delivery
  • Bank Transfer (DBS: 0039430302)
  • Paypal / Credit card (amount less than SGD1000)

3. How to make payment?

Order above SGD1000 must be made by bank transfer (safest way for both buyer and seller). For orders below $1000, we accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Buyers are subject to 3.9% PayPal charge. If you prefer not to buy over the internet, you may email your order to sales@thewhisky.sg or call/WhatsApp us at +65 81989836.

4. What is the minimum order for me to enjoy free delivery?

Get Free Shipping on all local orders (Singapore and Hong Kong) on every Monday. Or opt for same day delivery for just S$12.00! Items will be dispatched once payment is cleared and will arrive in 3-15 working days depending on the location of the bottle.

5. What if I want to ship outside Singapore?

For overseas delivery, your order might be subject to customs duties and taxes levied upon arrival in your country. We will try our best to assist you in the delivery arrangement and quotation. Recipient is responsible for the charges and delivery. Please contact us and check with the local custom for info before ordering.

6. How long does it take to deliver?

We source direct from distillery and reputable dealers to provide our customers the best available price, it will take 3-15 working days depending on the location of the bottle.

7. What is the minimum age limit to purchase from your store?

As per legal requirement in Singapore – 18 Years old and above.
We reserve the rights to request for and check your Identity Card upon collection or delivery.

8. What if I order the wrong bottle?

Please contact us and we will try to change your order before it is being dispatched. Any order that is shipped cannot be changed. No cancellation is allowed once payment is made.

9. Do you have a physical Store / Showroom?

We set up with objective to provide the best available prices which can be achieved by minimizing overhead operations, and hence we do not have a physical store. However, you are welcome to visit our office by appointment at 1 Scotts Road, Shaw Centre 24/F for product viewing pior to purchasing.

10. Can I chose to self-collect my order?

Yes! You are welcome to self-collect your order from our office during our operating hours:

Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:30PM (by appointment only)

11. What if the bottle is sold out?

In the unlikely case that we don’t have that bottle you are looking for, we will try our very best to source it for you. Feel free to make requests by email to our team at contact@thewhisky.sg.
